How To Manage Fear During The Coronavirus
Fear is a type of energy that is transmitted the same way radio waves are transmitted. It travels on a specific frequency at a designated bandwidth much like AM and FM. The importance in understanding this concept is that it empowers you to tune out, or change, your availability to receive on that frequency. Just as you would change to FM if you wanted to hear classical music, so too can you take certain steps to block or, make yourself unavailable, to receive transmissions of fear.
We are all being inundated with transmissions of fear connected with the Coronavirus. Both the virus itself and the economic consequences resulting from it are being framed and transmitted on the fear frequency. All transmissions require a receiver. When you continuously “tune in” to the news you are voluntarily allowing yourself to be that receiver.
You are aware of how fuel effects the operation and performance of your car. You are also aware of how certain things nourish your body. Put the wrong fuel in your car (for example: diesel instead of regular) or the wrong substance into your body (for example: detergent instead of salad) and you will damage or destroy your car or your body.
Well, your consciousness needs its own form of nourishment. That nourishment comes in the form, and by means of, frequency transmissions. For example, listen to the Schumann resonance at certain frequencies and you experience calm, positive dreams or healthful generation of cells. Similarly, listen to fearful transmissions and you not only cause yourself anxiety, you literally damage your physical body by emitting fight or flight hormones, such as cortisol or adrenaline, which are designed to aid you in the face of immanent harm…not psychological or theoretical harm.
The key to responding to transmissions on the fear frequency is to limit your exposure, therefore your receptivity. You may want to check in once a day to see if there is any news of direct relevance to you or your loved ones, or whether there are any steps you need to take that are time sensitive. Otherwise, it is in your best and highest interest to live your life moment to moment… doing things that need to be done in the present moment and doing them with joy in your heart.
Many of us are confined to our homes or specific locations. We may be physically alone or sequestered with family members or roommates. These are times to enhance our personal relationships or tend to physical chores…both of which are too often neglected in the fast-paced, high-tech world we became accustomed to prior to this current experience. Use this opportunity to embark upon or enhance any creativity that you may otherwise neglect. Paint. Draw. Write. Sew. Build. Design. Garden. Meditate. There is a myriad of ways to positively use creative energy which, unless released, tends to weigh us down.
Now is the time to step into 5-D reality. Now is the time to activate an alternative to following the herd and being led by fear. Instead, lead by example. It has perhaps never been more critical that you be the change you wish to see in the world.
Create a world based upon joy and autonomy…rather than fear and enslavement.
